Abstract or Description

A report which has been produced as part of a strategy to generate discussion and debate on the provision of effective and sensitive mental health services for people from racial or other minority groups. It focuses on positive methods of diagnosing and treating mental illness within these communities. The purpose of the guidance is to enable managers to make services more appropriate and accessible, but the document does not set specific health outcome targets.
