Abstract or Description

This contribution explores imaging as research methodology, paying particular attention to how the social sciences might take up practices developed in art and design, and as a consequence might work with imaging as a research practice. It raises a series of conceptual and practical questions that such approaches provoke, focusing on two indicative cases involving research participants making collages, and me, as researcher, making and sending postcards.
