Abstract or Description

The Serge Prokofiev Archive in London was established in 1994 and provides a focused resource to facilitate and open up research on Serge Prokofiev. Beginning with a donation from Lina Prokofiev, the Archive has since grown with donations from Oleg Prokofiev and reciprocal materials from the major Prokofiev collections in Russia. Future projects include coordinating an international effort to create a comprehensive catalogue of this major twentieth-century composer.
