Abstract or Description

This paper aims to outline a new approach to postgraduate design education through its explication of the development and implementation process of a new curriculum that allows students to bring a research and development project that they have either developed, worked on, or proposed within industry with them to form the basis, or central research spine, around which the rest of their degree is constructed .
