SUMMARY ENGAGED was an art magazine that aimed to explore a range of different publishing mediums while remaining within the the familiar and accessible realms of the magazine format. # 1 - on a t-shirt (Nov '94) # 2 - a large poster (Feb'95) # 3 - a CD ROM (Nov '95) # 4 - in a tin (May '96) # 5 - a video (March '97) # 6 - on the radio (1998/99) Between 1994 and 98 ENGAGED was sold in the following outlets: UK: Arnolfini (Bristol), Ormeau Baths Gallery (Belfast), Catalyst Arts (Belfast), Waterstones' (Edinburgh), Fruitmarket Gallery (Edinburgh), The Collective Gallery (Edinburgh), CCA (Glasgow), Dillons Arts (London), ICA (London), Serpentine Gallery (London), Blackwells (London), Tate Britain (London), workfortheeyetodo (London), Tactical (London), Tower Records (London), Cornerhouse (Manchester), Zone Gallery (Newcastle), Blackwells (Oxford), Shimrod Gallery (Sheffield) and Site Gallery (Sheffield).
