Abstract or Description

Highlights
• We report a case of acquired synaesthesia (LW) following 2C–B use.

• We tested the prediction that LW would display primary visual cortex hyperexcitability.

• TMS motor and phosphene thresholds were measured in LW and controls.

• In contrast with our prediction, LW did not display an atypical phosphene threshold.
