Helena Reckitt moderated a panel discussion between artists Michelle Williams Gamaker and Tamara Al-Mashouk, writer Luci Gosling, and Tate Britain curator Sofia Karamani on the role of museums and galleries in addressing gender imbalances and inequalities.

The panel was part of 'Late at Tate Britain: Waves,' exploring the past, present and future of contemporary art through a focus on women artists. Organised in tandem with the '60 Years' display of art by women, the programme also featured an audio visual performance from artist Tamara MacArthur, a discussion from Maggie and Rene Matic, a workshop from Grrrl Zine, and alternative gallery tour from Dr. Althea Greenan of the Women's Art Library.
