Sophie Seita was invited to be an Artist in Residence at Brown University in April 2024, at the invitation of Sawako Nakayasu. The visit included one-to-one tutorials with students on the MFA in Literary Arts; a workshop; time for research; and a public presentation in the form of a performance.
