Abstract or Description

As part of ‘Part 2: Feminist Legacies and Potentials in Contemporary Art Practice,’ organised by If I Can’t Dance, I Don’t Want To Be Part of Your Revolution, Helena Reckitt presented a talk on the work of contemporary feminist artists that cites, remakes, re-enacts and in other ways engages with the feminist past, especially that of the second wave. Following their presentations Reckitt joined the philosopher Iris van der Tuin in conversation about what van der Tuin termed the practice of feminist ‘generation jumping.’
