Dogs and Dog Lovers from Haebangchon and the Art World was the first of a series of community-related events in collaboration with artist Hyemin Son in a year-long experiment at HBC event space, Haebangchon, Seoul. The event used the simple designation ‘dog owner’ and ‘art world’ to bring people together from the Haebangchon community, where our research revealed many artists and dog owners lived.
