Abstract or Description

This article was published with Arts Professional, an online forum which investigates the Arts sector, holding public bodies to account when necessary. In light of BLM, this co-authored article with Dr Jade Montserrat and Dr Cecilia Wee (a collective of Black and Asian artists, curators and educators) explains how the impenetrable glass ceiling keeps us on the margins within the arts and academia – and why public statements promising reviews, reports and diversity panels are limited and need to be addressed at all levels of education.
