Abstract or Description

What food will nurture future revolutions?

To answer this question, Sated brings to the table food radical and artist Petr Davydtchenko, who, over the last three years, successfully fed himself exclusively on roadkill. Through this lifestyle, Davydtchenko amends the carnivorous diet of our ancestors to the needs and possibilities of today and shares it as his ‘cryptocurrency’, decentralised and untraceable. Davydtchenko will be in conversation with Dr Wood Roberdeau (Senior Lecturer, Goldsmiths).

Sated is a programme of four panel discussions curated by a/political in collaboration with the Visual Cultures Society at Goldsmiths, University of London.

This discussion is moderated by Dr Sylwia Serafinowicz (Curator, a/political).
