The Suleman Annual Grant for Art has been developed for young creative practitioners based in Pakistan. With the intention to express support for diverse artists who are curious and sensitive towards wider socio-political concerns that inform their research, materials and modes of communication, the basis of this initiative is to provide a unique opportunity to actualize an ambitious project which can span up to, and no longer than 9 months. Board members are appointed for 3-6 years, and attend 3-4 meetings annually. They also participate in the selection and mentoring of awardees.
