Abstract or Description

A sharable resource booklet created with the participants of the Cultivating Menopause project that run by Goldsmiths Anthropology at the Hackney School of Food in collaboration with Together Better, Hackney in May and June 2025 providing accessible knowledge about the use of herbal remedies helping with common negative symptoms of menopause and generally women's reprocuctive health. The project explored knowledge of different herbs helping with symptoms in multiple regional contexts through storytelling and the identification of locally grown herbs used in herbal remedies and recipes around the UK.
