Thomson & Craighead where awarded The Scottish Landscape Award for Photography 2025 . The biennial event is Scotland's largest prize for contemporary landscape art. The award was given for the work Gas Giant . This is the first in a series of photographic lightboxes that display rocks and pebbles found by the artists in the north west highlands of Scotland as if they are astronomical bodies floating in the void of space thus fictioning them while connecting the deep time of both the micro and macro environment.
