Abstract or Description
A response to the Liberal Democrats working party report entitled How to Face the Future, which was presented to the party's annual conference in Birmingham in September 2011. The response, written by Ed Randall - a member of the Politics Department academic staff at Goldsmiths, University of London, who had also been a member of the Liberal Democrats working party - was prepared, in effect, as a scholarly and a minority response to the official party policy document.
