Abstract or Description

Short paper presented as part of the Whitechapel Salon series, The Cultures of Capitalism. Talk and discussion focused on the capitalisation of higher education. My talk insisted on linking the capitalisation of HE to the same process in primary and secondary education, and asked that art education specifically be recognised as a tool in such capitalisation.
