Abstract or Description

At the core of the Comenius Regio project was a belief that as educators we needed to listen to the needs of the teachers and develop a continuing professional development module that emerged from the ground roots upwards. The project began in January 2011 with a preliminary meeting in the Algarve where discussions were held about the role and place of intercultural understanding within the curriculum across the different contexts of Portugal and England.
