In November 2022, the Clippings team met with Dr Veronica Poku to speak with her about her new book, Black Student Teachers Experiences of Racism in the White School: Strategies of Resilience and Survival, published by Palgrave Macmillan in June 2022.

In this fifteen minute interview, Dr Libby Nelson, Sundas Mahar and Dr Nicole Smith spoke with Veronica about her publication and found out a bit more about the background to the research behind the book.

The paperback will be published in July 2023. The book is available at all good booksellers and promises to be a key text for teaching and research into teacher training for the education sector.
